Disgusted…
I tried to become a dealer; I paid for 4 bikes. It has been a year (the warranty starts the day the dealer orders the bikes, not the day the customer receives them fyi). None of the bikes are in workable selling order. This is hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Alibaba is a better choice. They continually ship broken and dented parts saying “it doesn’t affect performance”. Do you want to buy a bike with a lithium battery dented to all he’ll? And the box was perfect, meaning they intentionally sent it like that. I’m disgusted with the lack of responsibility. Beware, once they take your money, it’s game over on service.
Nothing but trouble…
The bike looks well made, but its completely not. Ive owned one for 18 months and only been able to use it for about 6 months. I have nothing but trouble with pretty much everything about it (electrics broke multiple times, back wheel spokes fell apart, constant noises etc). Most recently all the welding fell apart on the factory supplied basket… there was nothing in it and I’ve only ever had small bags in it. Don’t waste your money on this bike.
Received my bike in April…
Why are there no recent reviews of the Eunorau Specter S bike? The bike has been out since mid 2021 and there is no current information, tests, YouTube videos, testimonials, or reviews. I received my bike in April after ordering it in November 2021.
