Founded in 2014 by Dr. Ing. Sorin Sirbu, E-TWOW (pronounced “E-Two-W”) is the company behind the popular Uscooters line of electric scooters. Uscooters is well-known in the industry for its reliable, lightweight folding designs and impressive weight to performance ratio. Headquartered in Romania, E-TWOW is a global pioneer in the electric scooter market and the recipient of many prestigious awards, including the gold medal for best invention at the 45th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva in 2017.
E-TWOW was the first company to manufacture an electric scooter with a brushless motor located inside the front wheel. They also pioneered the way with braking systems, being the first brand to develop a model with electromagnetic brakes and KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery System). Prior to this innovation, KERS tech was only utilized on Formula 1 race cars.
Additionally, E-TWOW was the first company to incorporate a communication block combining the braking and acceleration systems and they set the world record for smallest energy consumption for a mass-produced EV (electric vehicle). E-TWOW also produced the lightest mass-produced electric scooter and is the owner of more than 50 electric scooter patents and inventions.
Needless to say, the Uscooters brand is not a fly-by-night operation that is so common these days in the electric scooter industry. Backed by an experienced team of engineers with extensive backgrounds in electrical and mechanical engineering, E-TWOW continues to innovate and push the boundaries when it comes to electric scooter design and performance.

Uscooters are produced in E-TWOW's factory in Jinhua Zhejiang, China. Additionally, the company has an administrative and logistics center located in Romania as well as a second admin office in Germany.
While Uscooters doesn't currently have a money-back guarantee, they do have a 10-day return policy. In order to qualify, your scooter must be returned within 10 days of receiving it and it must be in brand new, unused condition. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed and the customer is responsible for all FedEx shipping charges to and from the company's warehouse.
