No support…
I don’t recommend this p.o.s to anyone. You can’t complain about the customer service, because there isn’t any. Used the bike 5 times in the past 30 months. Each time a different issue. Error codes, no display, display works but no power. Contacted sixthreeezero to find support for bike. “Take it to ANY bike shop for repairs.” Wrong, no one wishes to touch it. Contact 630, seems there’s no support in my area. Bought parts no instructions included, and replacement parts are not working. Almost 600 bucks on top of the bike cost and it still doesn’t work.
The most fun I’ve ever had…
I recently purchased my sixthreezero ebike and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had on a bike… hands-down. It is the most comfortable, easy to ride bike I’ve ever been on and the coolest looking by far! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy an electric bike.
