Motor flaw…
Not dependable. Rear wheel out of round out of box. Ok for a ride around the block, so went on 1 mo. holiday to Island Park only to discover something shorted out after 10-15 minutes every ride. Took to shop rather than Amazon rebox and return hassle. Turns out that the PS9 500 W model is known for problems with the motor. 2 weeks at the shop to discover a motor flaw. Now past short window for return, cost me $300. Don’t buy online.
