KAKUKA bikes include a 1-year warranty which provides coverage for customers in the event of a manufacturer defect. The brand also offers a 14-day return policy, although a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping costs are deducted from returned orders.

Don’t buy…
Had the Kakuka 26 for 3 months and it developed a fault. No will reply to my emails. Don’t buy as warranty worthless.
Stay away…
Bike worked for 17Kms. Then I was told to purchase replacement parts on Amazon to try to fix it.
Stay away from companies that will NOT help you after your initial purchase! Kakuka can NOT sell their bikes and have them half off on Amazon to regain any money they possibly can!
