A newcomer to the micromobility world, the KAKUKA brand was launched in 2021 by Tony Chan and has a strong focus on innovation and stylish designs. Already making a name for itself, KAKUKA’s small 2023 lineup consists of 3 models, including a road bike, eMTB, and folding commuter.
Featuring great-looking designs, good build quality, and features like carbon-reinforced belt drives, lightweight aluminum alloy frames, and neatly integrated lithium-ion batteries, KAKUKA is quickly earning a reputation as a go-to, budget-friendly e-bike maker.
Offering a nice balance of comfort and practicality, KAKUKA electric bikes include a 1-year warranty and 14-day return policy.

KAKUKA’s customer service can be reached via email, live chat, or a website contact form. As we always do when reviewing electric bikes, we contacted KAKUKA directly to test the responsiveness of its customer support department. We are pleased to report that Claire over at KAKUKA sent us a friendly response to our inquiry in just a few hours…
Like most e-bike producers, KAKUKA also sells a small range of replacement parts, including batteries and controllers. Since KAKUKA is a recent e-bike startup, its accessory catalog is quite limited, but we expect this to expand over time as the brand grows.
Had the Kakuka 26 for 3 months and it developed a fault. No will reply to my emails. Don’t buy as warranty worthless.
Bike worked for 17Kms. Then I was told to purchase replacement parts on Amazon to try to fix it.
Stay away from companies that will NOT help you after your initial purchase! Kakuka can NOT sell their bikes and have them half off on Amazon to regain any money they possibly can!
