Would not recommend…
I bought my Hiboy S2 in June 2021. Within a couple of months, I relished one of the rear bolts was missing. I reached out to Hiboy to see if they can send me a new bolt. They told me to go to Home Depot. Not happy about that I did go and get a bolt from Home Depot. When I went to put the bolt back in I realized the threads were gone and all the bolt holes were stripped. They then sent me the rear suspension which I replaced. A few months later the post that connects the steering column the base of the scooter snapped in half. Hiboy wanted me to pay $260.00 for them to send me a new scooter. I Told them I wasn’t paying them anything it’s still under warranty. They finally agreed and had me send the old one back before they would send me a new unit. Things are already starting to loosen up on the new scooter. I would not recommend getting a Hiboy.
PS. I didn’t want to give any stars but you have to give at least one.
