G-FORCE T42 Review: E-Bike Overview
Himiway’s Cruiser is a fat tire e-bike that’s fantastic for hauling cargo, off-road adventures, and getting around town. It’s a comfortable bike that delivers smooth acceleration and impressive power regardless of whether you’re using throttle or pedal assist, thanks to its 750W rear hub motor and leather-gripped, half-twist throttle control. The Cruiser’s powerplant products 80Nm of torque, which is enough power to tackle hills and challenging terrain with ease.
The Cruiser comes with front and rear fenders which do a good job of keeping the rider dry in wet conditions. It also comes with a rear cargo rack for hauling gear and integrated lighting for improved safety and nighttime visibility.
Shifting is handled by Shimano (7-speed) and the bike features Shimano 14-28T BROWN/BK gearing. The Cruiser’s battery is a 48V 17.5Ah lithium-ion battery that features Samsung/LG cells and delivers an impressive 60 miles of range.
Up top is an LCD display with USB charging and a Promax MA-400 SSABK stem. The frame of Himiway’s Cruiser is crafted from durable 6061 aluminum alloy and the bike’s adjustable front fork suspension does a nice job of smoothing out bumps.
The Himiway Cruiser rolls on 26″ x 4″ Kenda Juggernaut tires which provide outstanding traction in all riding conditions. These tires are proven performers in everything from sand to snow and we also give them high marks for stability and overall ride comfort.

Himiway’s Cruiser is 75″ long and weighs in at 72 lbs. The bike has a 45″ wheelbase, 28″ wheel diameter, and 26″ handlebars.

Performance and Ride
The ride quality of Himiway’s Cruiser is outstanding, and the Kenda fat tires and adjustable front fork suspension do a beautiful job of smoothing out bumps and handling rough terrain. This is an easy-to-ride e-bike that produces a lot of confidence in the rider, and the zippy acceleration and impressive torque deliver everything needed to conquer hilly terrain and quickly get from point A to point B.
Build Quality
The build quality on the Cruiser is solid, and the bike arrives well-packed and mostly assembled. Assembly time is minimal and Himiway includes tools and a comprehensive assembly video to make the process as painless as possible. While it’s not realistic to expect a bike in this price range to hold up as well as a high-end model in a much more expensive price bracket, the Cruiser is a well-built e-bike for the money.
Appearance
The Himiway Cruiser is a nice-looking bike that gives off a premium vibe. The black paint and matching accessories work well together, and the Himiway branding is tastefully done. While the black paint job Himiway chose for the Cruiser looks top-notch, it would be nice if the company offered some additional color options down the road.
