Cyrusher XF650 Review: E-Bike Overview
An affordable hardtail ride that’s as much fun on the street as it is on the trail, the XF650 brings Cyrusher fans a budget-priced fat tire e-bike that scores high marks when it comes to versatility and entry-level performance. A perfect option for the new electric bike enthusiast, this quality bike offers a nice blend of practicality and off-road riding fun.
Rolling on massive 26″ x 4″ Chaoyang fat tires, the XF650 can easily tackle sand, snow, mud, and gravel. The front suspension fork provides enough cushion to smooth out rough bumps along the way, and the Zoom mechanical disc brakes deliver respectable stopping power.
Capable of cruising at a top speed of 26 mph, the XF650 is powered by a 750W LKS rear hub motor that puts out 1000W of peak output and 80Nm of torque — plenty of speed and power for most riders and enough to handle hill climbing and challenging off-road terrain. The 48V 16/17Ah removable battery is waterproof, recharges in 5 to 7 hours, and provides a max range of 50 miles.
Mounted to the back of the bike is a sturdy cargo rack that’s perfect for attaching pannier bags or hauling gear.
The XF650 weighs in at 61 lbs (55 lbs without the battery) and is 75.5″ long with a 47.2″ wheelbase. The bike has a 34″ standover height, and the seat can be adjusted from 33″ to 38.6″. While its ride isn’t on par with Cyrusher’s XF800 and XF900, the brand’s flagship full-suspension models, the XF650 delivers a comfortable riding experience and the fat tires and front suspension fork do a decent job of dampening rough terrain. Speed and acceleration are also respectable, thanks to the bike’s powerful rear hub motor.
The build quality of Cyrusher’s electric bikes is consistently good and the company does a great job of taking care of any issues when they arise. The company’s e-bikes arrive well-packed from the factory and are easy to assemble, thanks to the included instructions and assembly toolkit.

In our opinion, Cyrusher has done a very nice job of keeping things affordable while maintaining an impressively high level of features and performance.
Overall, the XF650 is an excellent choice for budget-minded riders who desire the off-road versatility and fun factor of a Cyrusher fat tire bike. While some compromises needed to be made in terms of the bundled componentry, the XF650 nevertheless is a great bike that rides and performs well.
