As far as warranty coverage goes, Apollo provides a 12-month limited warranty as well as their 24-month “Apollo Protection Plan” which extends the coverage to include wear and tear for up to 2 years on all scooters purchased directly from Apollo.

The company has an excellent reputation for providing top-shelf customer support and there are multiple contact options offered, including live chat through their website and email. In our experience, the live chat option is the best way to go if you’re in a hurry, giving you near-instant access to one of the company’s super friendly customer support agents with very little (or no) wait time.
